Edit: I added prices, new ones, and reduced ones. I really want to get these cels out, and to new homes. I combine prices for reduced numbers on multiple purchases, I accept payment plans, and take paypal.

I do not want to be disrespectful of a fellow collector who is in personal difficulties, but has anyone else had difficulties receiving the items they have bought from Nelia? I submitted payment for a cel ten days ago and was told it would be mailed the next day and a tracking number emailed to me. When no package arrived, I inquired and was assured that Nelia had the tracking number but it was "at work": I'd get it "tomorrow." Three days later -- no tracking number, no package. A second inquiry -- no response.

I know from experience that moving is disruptive on every imaginable front. But I have also been ripped off in the past by people using similar delaying dodges. I'd much rather hear "I'm sorry, but with things as up in the air as they are, I can't possibly mail your package until next Monday" than "Yes, I mailed your package last week and I have a tracking number but it's on my other computer."

In a past dealing with Nelia, our package was somewhat late in getting to us, but it did eventually get to us. We just had to push a little.

Our advice, Sensei, would be to be patient... patient but vigilant.

There's not a lot of money at stake here, but I am remaining vigilant. I now have a tracking number from Nelia, but not a confirmation from the USPS that any package with that number has in fact been accepted or electronically sent to them (as PayPal does) to expect for acceptance.

My email archives are full of those "have patience" messages, most of which did result in a safely delivered cel. I just prefer those that explain the delay over those that suggest that the cel's already been shipped.

I wanted to add that I have now received the cel I purchased safely, and it is in fine condition, completely as advertised.

It concerned me that the USPS did not at first recognize the tracking number; then listed it as having been processed but nothing further. Then it showed up at my door, though a quick check of the USPS tracking site shows the package still undelivered. These things, unfortunately happen, and in this case it's not Nelia's fault.

But I'd pass on a judicious warning that was given me, which applies to all Beta sales/offers threads: before taking part, do a quick search of the Beta archives to review the seller's (or the buyer's) track record. Moreover, buyers and sellers who have been the subject of prior disputes need to know that these threads remain available to view, and that other Beta members with longer memories will bring them to the other party's attention. So new transactions through Beta need to be handled with vigilance and both sides need proactively to avoid the issues that led to dispute in the past.

That said, I think that Nelia has acted responsibly in the present matter, that I'm happy with my purchase, and that I'm willing to write off any concerns on my part as the result of unfortunate missed signals and misunderstandings.

The USPS still says that it's undelivered! Talk about frustrating!

I'd like to add that all of my packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, with the buyer's option of insurance. I've made dozens of sales in the past few weeks alone, each shipped with delivery confirmation and arriving in good time to happy new homes.

The sales have really helped with the bills; I'd like to say thanks to those who gave so many a good home!

Of course, there are TONS of cels left and I'm pretty much at liquidation point on the cels that are seen in my gallery- I just want to get them out and moved to new homes. Offers are welcome, and I don't have any problems with telling what I paid, and will accept offers lower than what I paid.

I added new cels that were removed from being on hold, and priced them. PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE. I want these to find new homes!
