The background is unmatching but very similar to the matching one (there is only different clouds)

Now I wait a Morgan cel that I bought on YJP auctions (I can't wait!)

Congratulations on your new VHD rough! I haven't seen an animator's sketch from this series that shows so much depth and panache, and so your attribution to Yukata Minowa must be right. That is a real treasure in your collection. The others, especially the cute Weathering Continent sketch are also delightful.

You might want to check out this interesting interview with Minowaabout his sketching philosophy.
