Ugh! I am so DONE with Ebay, So....

Post by chibikitty2045 »

Well, I got my first (and hopefully only) Negative on ebay from a buyer who has a history of not paying.

I am now going to sell the last of my items from here.

I am looking for a free image hosting client so this way I can list the rest of my cels that need a new home. Does anyone know where I can list my cels? I am tired of the fees and tired of the one sided company altogether.

I am also sending a MAJOR WARNING to a 'buyer' out there who may A) Be the cause of another negative on my account  and B) take your cels and try to get her money back

ebay ID: ariak47 (not registered now)
If you would like her name, send me a private message.

She was banned from ebay and after talking to other sellers, she was banned for trying to 'have the cake and eat it too' :taking the cels then filing a claim for money back.

Im sick of ebay's one sided policy and I am sure my reputation on ebay will be tarnished even more because of these 2 people.

It seems that I am having problems with people who are from boca raton, florida area (the person who left the neg is from the same area :? )

either way BEWARE, I am done

You can upload images of your cels to photobucket.com or imageshack.us for free.

I think you can actually just show them straight from there, but I like to then link the images into my blog to make them easier to view. You can also do one of those for free at Livejournal.com. You could list them in a journal post, or in their scrapbook (where I put my cels I’ve been trying to sell.

Here’s an example where I uploaded cels directly into the scrapbook feature, only needing LJ, no outside host required: http://pics.livejournal.com/skyrat13/gallery/00018deg

Here’s an example of making a post where you link the images from photobucket (as you can see you have more control over size of the images and adding text, etc): http://yotan.livejournal.com/23464.html

That’s just the ultra-basic option I know, having no website making skills whatsoever. I’m sure there are a lot of other ways to do it that other people can suggest.

Oh, and just in case you have any cels with art that might be R or NC-17 rated…I’d recommend imageshack over photobucket. Photobucket will censor and delete any images it deems ‘inappropriate.’ (Even if it’s just something along the lines of a topless Ranma image, etc.)
