Hey guys! I have not been doing much updating for a long time,and this update will be my last for probably several months. I managed to find one of the gems I have been searching for a very, VERY long time, an original production cel of Lady and Tramp from the famous spaghetti scene! Woot!

The background and foreground were both professionally commissioned (as in it cost more than a Sesshoumaru cel!!!). There has only been one cel with a master background that I have seen, which sold 10 years ago for $57,000. Master backgrounds with original cels from Disney will go that high, especially from a famous scene. In fact, I have seen a Snow White with the Prince on an original (possibly non-matching) Master Background sell for $220,000 before.Belldandy16 wrote:wow!!!congratulations!!!

This cel came originally from the Florida Disney studios and was sealed in the studio corner seal (I scanned an image of the seal and backboard). I was very fortunate to have found this awesome piece, and the best part is they are looking at each other in a VERY beautiful way. I have seen only 2 other cels that popped up, which were not even close to as nice as this shot. So, I am totally ecstatic!
