Do you have to type in your passcode twice to log on?

i do all the time. it gets a bit annoying. does anyone experience the same thing?

YES!!! I've almost posted asking about that too, heh.

I find it happens more often when I log on from my work computer than my home computer too. But it happens with both.

If I use the log-in boxes on the main page, I have to enter my password twice. But if I log into the site using the Private Messages page, I only have to do it once. I typically choose the later, because then it doesn't immediately reset the "posts since last visit" to 0.

It's just once for me.

I wish I hadn't started using that password program. I have to type everything in. The Anime Beta lines are both blank now.

Always late to the party. Sorry folks....I haven't logged on in a long time.

This is a feature of how you have the site bookmarked or how you browse here. If you type http://anime-beta.com without the www. you'll get prompted twice to login. I don't know why, but it's been a "feature" of the forum software for as long as I've been part of beta. This is easy enough to fix though...just add the www. to your bookmark and/or remember to type it in when you surf here.

http://www.anime.beta.com will only prompt you to login once.
