I know a lot of people are short on pennies at the moment, so I'm willing to agree to long term payment plans on my usual terms (cel doesn't ship until final payment recieved, and should more than a week go past the agreed for payment, with no payment - no contact or prior arrangement, the deal is considered void and monies will not be refunded).

I'm a little more open to offers at the moment.

A fellow collector, I don't believe they're on this forum, agreed on a payment plan with me and paid a sizeable first amount - then two weeks later, with no email or contact - did a Paypal chargeback and left my account $300 overdrawn -which as most know, is a closeable offence for Paypal.

So unfortunately, all my funds to pay for stuff have been sucked away by this disgusting act and I'm really desperate to make that money back.

So if I've got a cel or sketch you want - now is the time to ask!
