I Just won these three awesome cels from the series fushigi yuugi, I have not watch this series in a long time . These cels just spoke to me . I was wondering if anyone there might know which episode these cels are from . Any help iding them would be greatly appriciated.

I agree with kathpatty on the 2 cels she ID'd. The Tamahome one is a little more difficult and I'm even rewatching Fushigi Yuugi right now. I would guess that you could take a closer look at the part of the cel/background that you have digitized. It might give you some numbers that indicate the episode number and cut.

Thanks for the episodes were the two cels are from , just watched it and found where the The Tamahome cel is from it is from ep 27 tomestone aoth right after suboshi stood with his weapons . Tamahome said you did this .

I am more curious to know who got the cels from the Evil Tamahome/Hotohori fight... :) I didn't bid since they weren't scenes I was looking for (I prefer the fight against Tasuki), but would like to visit them to see better scans. :3

Hey, how much did that Tama/Hoto and Miaka cel on YJ go for? I thought it was a beautiful cel but I like Tasuki MUCH better.

It ended around $600 or so, much less than I anticipated. I would have liked it if Miaka weren't in the middle of it. XD

I was also bidding on the Evil Tamahome/Hotohori fight cel. I really liked it a lot , but everytime I went to use my dep service to bid it said bid highier but my bids were not being put through . After a while and about 1/2hr left in the auction I decided to put all my effort into winning the Tamahome and the two Miaka cels. I never thought I would win both auctions. I was really suprised at the outome . I wonder who won the evil Tamahome/Hotori fight and if they were also after the Tamahome cel as well . I'm sure we will see the cels in someone gallery . I didn't see who won though .

There was a Hoto/Tama/Miaka cel? How did I miss that??? Was it listed at the same time as the other FY lots last weekend?

Nope, this was another batch... it was the Hoto/Tama harmony background with cel painted Miaka in her robe between the two, during the Evil Tama/Hoto fight.

Did anyone here get the shocked Tama finding his family cel from that first batch? I really wanted to bid but was worried about the condition of the cel, a lot of those from the first batch didn't look very well taken care of.

Damn, I was guessing it was that image based on the description. I would have bid on that too. I love Hotohori in those episodes. I guess that's part of the reason it ended less than you anticipated.
