Another emergency sale, yay!

Very long story short, I went reenacting with my fiance in CA last month, and during the last battle I got "shot" and had to fall and die. So I did...onto a yucca

So yes, I skewered my ankle AND sprained it. Three weeks later and I'm still limping. Aaanyway, I gotta raise some funds for doctor bills and x-rays and such (before they come in and I get sticker shock -- haven't fulfilled my deductible yet). So for the time being I'm taking offers on the stuff in my gallery

What made it worse was that we'd just climbed up the steepest hill known to man (with me, dressed as a schoolgirl, leading the charge, my fiance will tell you!), and I couldn't just ride on someone's back on the way back down because my arms were sunburned to a crisp as well, so I had to slide back down, leading with my noninjured foot

Yeah, THAT was fun.

He made me 'cause Okinawa was one of the few battles civilians fought in, so of course he took full advantage of that... (And it was freezing that morning when we started, didn't think it would warm up enough to burn me)

"Hand and foot"...HA. He has no pity for me, considering he banged up his knee a little bit during battle #3 trying to do an epic leap, which turned into an epic trip. (It's still sore but he hasn't been hobbling around like I have, only hurts when he touches it) Keeps telling me to "stop favoring it" but it's like, gee, guy, it HURTS. X-ray said I didn't break anything, at least.
