Translation help?

I run a fansub group, and we've run into a bit of a pickle in translating what this "trap door" says. ^_^; Any help would be greatly appreciated!

the kanji on the right is for sushi (you probably knew that...), and I couldn't find the red kanji in my dictionary, so I thought they might be a name. I looked it up in the name dictionary on wwwjdic, and it says:

å’Œä¼Š ã€

I figured it out last night. It's Sushi no Wairi. Not standard name at all. In this case, it's a phonetic kanji interpretation of Wily (Dr Wily from Megaman/Rockman)
