Quick question Stephen...

I got my order confirmation and went through the website/paid via paypal (via the link on the order screen that sent me to madoka's paypal page). After I paid, I got a link sent to me with the same paypal address asking me to pay. Is that normal?

I have tries several times to "Sign Up" for Madoka's site, each time stating that an email will be sent to me. I never receive an email and I'm never able to "reset" my password. Can anyone help me out here?

i was going to re-set my password, so i went to the account information. after i click on it, it says that there's nothing there. m i the only one getting that?

meh, I get the same empty info on my account page, but I have ordered from them and received my parcel [really fast too], so the address info is there in the order page,don't know about resetting passwords tho, guess they're still trying to get those things sorted out

Well, I placed an order back in August and have not heard a darn thing. I've emailed three times and nothing. Anyone else having issues or is it just focused on me?

well, sometimes they seem to be a little slow on updating the
orders, but I've placed three during their sale and
all went okay, try emailing sales@madokajapan.com or
info@madokajapan.com, but send the email SEVERAL times
over again to get their attention. Let us know what you learn.

Just thought I'd update here:

While I never received an email, I just kept logging into Madoka until my order showed up for me to pay. I paid and received notification this morning that my order would be shipped.
