Shipping: For United States buyers shipping will be $8.00 through priority mail.
For International buyers shipping will be $15.00 through International Priority Mail. Insurance is extra and advised.

YES be prepared for those random bills popping up! I had surgery last March and I am STILL getting bills in the mail. Some as low as $5 others up to $250. it sucks! I have good insurance too... I don't mind paying those bills when I saw how much the over all surgery would have cost me if I had to pay for it in full. :-/
