Identification of sketch needed

A friend of mine found this original sketch in a lot of Pokemon settei she bought, and we're stumped as to who it is and what show it's from. The image is cropped, but the sketch itself has production holes at the top, so it was used for production. I'm leaving it up to you experts, any help is greatly appreciated.

My friend says no writing at all, unfortunately. I do know that it came in a lot of Pokemon settei, which comes from the studio OLM Inc.

doesn't that look like Rozen Maiden? I am not familar with the show but I do see a lot of RS collectors' artwork from time to time.

are you sure that the seller didn't include it as a gift? I'm sure lots of peeps here including myself have received a gift from a seller occasionally as their way of saying, "Thank you."

At first glance, it reminded me a little of Yuuhi Katagiri from Akane-iro.

I don't think it comes from Rozen Maiden...
It makes me think of Demonbane, but I'm not sure either...

well, she is definitely very similar to both demonbane and Yuuhii in style that the character is drawn. perhaps from the same artist(s) and creator??

i thought Rozen Maiden b/c of the hairstyle. i wonder if Zag and Shampoo can solve this mystery...

Looking through OLM's website, I found one possible contender, Steel Angel Kurumi. It was close, but her bangs come in three solid clumps instead of parted like the sketch. So close. XD

Also, man, Ginga, if it was a seller freebie, I can only imagine what it would've been like if they had somehow given a Pokemon sketch instead! I really crave artwork from that series badly, let alone of my five favorite characters.

Yeah, I was digging through all the ways I knew of, but came up empty. Nothing really ringing a bell with me. Maybe I just didn't see the show and/or she was a secondary character so I'm not recognizing her.

It was kind of fun trying to figure it out though.

Too bad her clothes weren't completely drawn. She's got sort of a collar thing going on there.

I went to bed last night wondering if it was Evil Hikari from This Ugly Yet Beautiful world--- but her face is a tad too small. (If it was, I would definitely have made an offer. lol)

Gomen! I'm afraid I am at a loss to who this character is too.
I thought the very same series titles-- that maybe it was
a 2ndary character from Rozen Maiden or maido show like
He is my Master. But alas! I looked thru all the ones
I've watched in the past and the stylization just isnt the same.

Almost has a mishmash look of Rozen MaidenXBlack Rock ShooterXPunie-chan. lol!
