I received this little note from a Yahoo Japan seller in my package of cels. Can anybody help translate this for me?

this is not in great condition but I am including it as an omake (extra).

(could also be plural, these are etc...)

This little note was taped to a pencil sketch I have. Can anybody help translate this one for me? It's probably just some technical information, but I'm curious what it says.
