I know that Hitomi cels seem less desired than hunky images of Van or Dilandau, but this cel has a really engaging quality. It's a very distinctive expression of curiosity that the animators capture well.

Really nice cel of the figureskating pair! They're not very sympathetic characters (Azusa especially), but they sure can look splendid when they're doing what they do best.

Yurika is my fav from Nadesico, this is such a warm
happy image of her and her love Akito as kids.

Plus I have a weakness for cels that have pictures within

You know how much I adore everything in your gallery -- not to mention your beautiful, graceful layout. It's so hard for me to pick just one thing, but I had to try. After all, that means I get to spend a little extra time visiting everything in there! Talk about a win-win situation!

I finally decided on this one, from Escaflowne:

Millerna with the dress

I love the coloring and the serene expression on Millerna's face, as well as the gentle sense of motion to the image. It's just so pretty, overall.

The contrast between the vivid red eyes and the overall pale face & hair makes the eyes dominate this interesting cel.
