Happy Birthday Sensei!!
Ack! I'm late to the party!

Sounds like you had a nice birthday sensei!
As the clean/neat freak that I am, I found it
wickedly awesome you got a dirt devil!
I miss my old one, I got a hoover after it died and
just not the same ;_; Feels like I have to go over the
same spots 3 times to get the carpet as fluffy and light as the
dirt devil just once over.
Anyways, enough of my nerdery!
Glad you enjoyed the day and the yummy meal
mmm oysters... *drool*

No problem, Cordelia, choka, Shampy, Gabe, and kathpatty! There's still a sliver of pound cake with chocolate icing left for all.
We have crabs, oysters, craft beer, and more dust than I've ever seen a house generate in my life! The Dirt Devil Scorpion will get a lot of use here! It makes people think I'm being sarcastic when I mention that my wife gave me a leaf blower for our 30th anniversary (I gave her pearls). But in truth, with all the tulip trees around us, that leaf blower got lots more action in its first month than the pearls ever will.

Sensei sweeps up the crumbs from the pound cake that fell under the table with his Dirt Devil Scorpion and finds that there are just enough in the dust cup to make a nice banana-pear crumble for Quacker, Cap'n Haddock, and Kaona
Thank you! I feel as if my cel/sketch ambitions have been fulfilled majorly this holiday season. But if I'm lucky in hunting, I'm equally lucky (more so actually) in having friends in a hobby that could easily be vindictive and invidious.
Sensei likes the sound of the word "invidious" and says it several times in the mirror, trying hard to look like Dilandau as he does so.
