I purchased 13 CCS cels from Carly Taylor aka Sajura Bunnies for $600 + shipping in September 2008 and paid off in November 2008.

Long story short -- after a couple of emails telling me they would be sent -- no replies and no cels

I did have one email from her 'fiance' telling me she had been in the hospital for months and that they would get everything straightened out when things weren't so chaotic -- this was May 2009

then nothing -- and now I found @ least one of my cels in the RS Shop posted recently thanks to Rei -- I fear some of the other cels may have been sold -- that's why I opened up my CCS section for everyone to see.

If anyone can please let me know what's going on, I'd really appreciate it -- and so would Rei, I'm sure

Well, for the fist time in 2 years Carly has responded to the email I just sent about my cels in the RS Shop *funny*

She stated that her ex-husband sent the cels 2 years ago and to stop harassing her -- supposedly she checked with ParcelForce about them at the time and they couldnt give her any details -- her ex husband swore that he'd sent them insured but had lost the tracking details.

Convenient, yes? but first I ever heard of it and I was sending her emails every couple weeks / month for the first 18+ months -- and NOW a speedy reply (like within 30 minutes)

btw her name is now Carly McGlone

Anyone know which other CCS cels were listed in the RS Shop by chyoufeng -- like to see if a whole bunch of the cels supposedly shipped to me 2 years ago were in the shop ....

But yet the same cels that are in your 'never received' section are the same ones that are up for sale.

When they were first listed on RS (and in addition to the ones currently not purchased), there was also the same Fiery, Snow & Light card cels. There was also the same movie Sakura cel too, if I recall correctly.

I was tempted to buy the Fiery, but something bothered me about the prices for Light and Fiery - they were too low. I'd expect that these particular cels would be listed for more than their $60 price.

I admit, alarm bells went off just from the fact they don't seem to have a gallery. I know some people hide their galleries, but something about it seemed rather fishy.

Hopefully this all works out for you guys, ugh people who scam suck.

Although it has been a while since I looked, I am sure that Carley had a RS gallery at one point. I used to visit it on occasion because she had so many nice CCS card spirit cels. I bought the 4 I have from her based on the images in her gallery. I don't have the bookmark anymore since I lost many of them after my hard drive died. I don't see a gallery now, but I have not looked very thoroughly since RS changed its format.

I am rather horrified that this happened.

EEP! I just looked and it seems like there were even more people involved with bad transactions. All the more reason collectors should be going public when transactions go wrong. The sooner the community knows about them, the fewer people hurt.

RS really needs to be notified. Carlie just placed a Yue cel in the Market section for $50. I strongly urge anyone even remotely considering the cel to not go for it.

The Li cel that you mentioned you had purchased, Gray, was also available for sale by that person. I don't know why the rest of the cels aren't there anymore - perhaps others have tried to buy them as well?

Yes, RS definitely need to be notified so no one else is hurt.

Cutiebunny, you must be talking about a different cel or collector. I never bought a Li cel from her. The 4 I bought were all CCS card spirit cels. I never saw what she had for sale though. Was one of my Li cels up for sale? Neither one of them came from her, and I have never put them up for sale.

Sensei makes an interesting point. I wonder if someone else got a hold of sami's cels (the ex who was supposed to mail them or someone at the mailing center?) and is behind the RS sales. It's just such a quick turn-a-round in behavior for Carley. I spent over $700 for my cels, and she kept her end of the deal with no problems.

I have been ripped off before, but it was years ago for a lot less money than that. Even then, I was very thorough in doing everything I could to go after the guy. I have publicly posted it on animanga and here, filed a mail fraud report with the PO, filed a report with the ICCC, getting his home phone/address, informing paypal and ebay, etc.

Either way, this must be stopped right away. The more people told about this the safer. I haven't looked on RS yet. Has this trouble been mentioned there too? It should be, since not all collectors may visit this forum.

The name of the Paypal recipient is Carly McGlone, which could be her married name. *shrugs*

Carly has now offered to pay me back in installments -- for the next year

-- as she seems to have just received a bunch of payments for reselling mine and others cels -- I should think she'd be able to make a much faster payback -- not happy about that

I have now heard several stories -- and I really wish I could just have the cels that I originally paid for -- some were wishlists

-- and I waited because I had such a good rapport with Carly at first and had bought several cels from her previously with no problem and then this happened. At first I was getting delay shipping emails due to illmess in family .... then a few months later her fiance Jon replied to my mess of emails stating Carly had been in the hospital, etc -- I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited some more -- lotsa emails and no response or cels later -- I figured too much time had gone by -- someone suggested contacting the authoities in the UK but I had no contact info on Carly other than her name.

The name on her email addie is Carly McGlone, too

It looks like someone else (Squall) on RS has just posted that they just purchased two cels from Carlie (or her ex-husband..), so it looks like there are others who may be swindled as well.
