Any Recommendations for good FREE DVD Player Software?
I tried WMP and I tried VLC player and nothing seems to work on this Vista computer. I am playing a Region 1 coded DVD from Netflix. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I've been using Zoomplayer to play DVD's and other files. I've found it to be the best media player I've ever used.
I use the paid version, but I'm fairly sure the free version will also let you play DVD's. Although, I haven't tried it on Vista before.
Still, it might be worth checking out. Hope it helps

what about RealPlayer? not sure if it'd work but its another alternative for me besides WMP and VLC.

I found this MPC-HC about a week ago, but I haven't gotten around to installing it on my dad's computer yet:
http://mpc-hc.sourceforge.net/
It supposed to work on DVDs and on playing more file videos than just MPC alone.
