My contract with the publisher went through. :jump
That means my book is due March 2013. 8O
Time to raise money for the medical illustrations I'll need for my book.
I don't plan on having much of a life these next few months. :emb

Anything and everything is for offers! My book comes first. Once I raise the necessary funds, the offer period closes.
I'm really anxious to get everything I need together. I'm on cloud nine right now. :yay

try to get a devianart illustrator, those wont charge an arm and a leg, plus they do beautiful work!
cant wait to read your book :)

Thanks everyone! I'm sooo excited. I just can't sit still or sleep. :jump I've never heard of kickstarter. Has anyone here used it? How does it work exactly? I'll definitely check it out, but am hoping someone here already has experience with it. :sweatdrop I also appreciate the deviantart idea. I had never even thought of that. I did speak with some medical illustrators and was floored to hear how much they charge. 8O Oh how I wish I could draw. What a lucrative profession that is. I managed to find some royalty free image sites with medical illustrations so I'll definitely begin there. The images and packages that can be purchased seem far cheaper than paying an artist for one image. :D
