Vampire Princess Miyu cels are often very compelling because of the use of dramatically colored lighting, and this one is an especially lovely example.

That episode is so heart-wrenching, and that cel really captures it. I've always felt so bad for anime Naru, both for that and just how bad her luck is when it comes to being targeted by the enemy. Such a gorgeous piece.

Unlike probably most here, I haven't really watched any of that show (I have a vague memory of maybe watching the 1st episode, though). That outfit reminds me of Hikaru's outfit in Angelic Layer (I have seen that one).
