OMG! FOr Real??? Pokemon Card $100,000
I have not been on the site for a while, but was reading an article today in reference to this Pokemon card that supposedly has been receiving offers of $50,000 for it, and has a current asking price of $100,000.

As with most things in our hobbies, one can "ask" any price for an item. Key is if anyone is willing to pay that amount.
I know I have outwaited a few sellers on YJ that started auctions well over 100K yen and eventually the price came down to an amount I was willing to pay even if it took a year or three.
