Girls und Panzer and Hyouge Mono specials

Has anyone seen the "Girls und Panzer" and "Hyouge Mono" short specials anywhere?

The Girls und Panzer shorts were talking about the tanks while the Hyouge Mono shorts were talking about the art craftsmanship stuff (such as the teacups they were collecting).

I can't seem to find these anywhere. They'd be interesting to watch even if untranslated.
