1.) a lot of the cels are so differently sized compared to each other. I feel like some of the ones that show up really small may be at a disadvantage. I'm not sure why some cels are really big and some are really small. I realize sometimes you'll have a bigger cel because it's a pan or something, but some are weirdly sized for no apparent reason. Is this just how they uploaded to the site? Would it be possible to, perhaps, resize them all so they had the same longest side? That is make them all, say, 700 pixels wide.
2.) I wish I'd realized that a "novel set up" meant putting any background behind any cel. Most of my cels would have qualified in this category in that event. I honestly thought this was more intended to be, say, putting Sailormoon on Planet Namek, or mixing a cel of Cardcaptor Sakura with one of Sailormoon so they look like they're interacting, etc. Some of them definitely work for me, but some of them feel pretty low-effort.
3.) How exactly should we judge when we're looking? I realize you can't police this, but should be most importantly pay attention to category? Like, instinctively I see characters I know, or really beautiful/well done cels and I'm drawn to those cels more. But I'm definitely seeing places where a beautiful cel is not quite meeting the theme (to me), and I'd be more likely to vote for something else that fits it better, even if it's not as beautiful or recognizable... Some of the "Eyes On Me" category, for example, feel more like "Faces" or even "Busts" than Eyes... Or am I being too critical in a situation like this?
