This update is absolutely gigantic and all Evangelion. There are some beautiful cels and some additional layers for cels as well.

It'd probably be better just to visit the gallery home since it's changed a lot, but here are the changes

This is a very special and unique cel. This was one of the cuts that Anno added in specifically for the Death and Rebirth movie.

However, it was cut from subsequent releases of D&R. It also wasn't added to the director's cuts. So it can only be found in the original movie.

Additionally, I was able to obtain the transfer negative as well as the placement douga for it

I am very happy about this cel. I know owning cels means owning a piece of the show's history; for me, it especially feels this way with this cel set. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do

I'm not really a genga guy, but when I see genga for a cel that I own, then I want it... so new update is some pre-production planning genga and some additional copies of some other pre-production stuff for my episode 15 cel (the layout genga I already had):

I absolutely adore the baby Asuka one. She's very hard to find due to minimal scenes, and this is the only one I've ever seen with her monkey. I am extremely happy with her and absolutely love it

Anyways, it appears that I hit 3k views on the thread. I'd like to thank everyone who has joined me on my Evangelion journey. It's been fun - and next year is sure to have many great cels added.

This is one of the best you can find that has the layers actually matching, as a lot of the ones previously sold were done so without their pairs matching or were split from the pair.

My A4 and A15 sets also have matching layers. My A30 set does not have a matching layer. The auction in this Evamonkey article:

The B67 layer in that auction is supposed to go with the A30 I have I like the B69 layer I have for it a lot though.

Small update but I removed some of the cels that I sold

Over the next few weeks I will be getting some rare/exotic and beautiful Evangelion cels. I do not know which ones I will put on the gallery for public viewing, but I will put at least a few of them up, so stay tuned

Keeping the year going great with a pair of fantastic cels, including one I am keeping off the main gallery

First up: Episode 1 Sleeveless Rei A1E cel:

This is the cel from episode 1 with Rei getting wheeled in, and is actually the first appearance of Rei in her plug suit (and first besides Rei's brief appearance as Shinji looks down the road in the beginning).

I am a big big fan of sleeveless Rei, so obviously I am overjoyed at getting this cel

I passed my certification !!!

However, I am actually going to be migrating everything to AWS and overhauling the look... but I need to stretch my HTML and CSS legs a bit. So I'm going to hold off on putting my other stuff up (Eva will be updated in the meantime). The website will also probably look a lot worse for a while too. But it'll look great when I'm done!

What a great set and what a great scene. The Asuka in her bed back layer is absolutely beautiful. It's really cool to know that I own this scene, considering both are end cels (same for the sleeveless Rei A1E cel from the previous update). And I do love me some EoE cels.
