Does anyone knows where can I get this cel color chart cards?

Here's the data I got from the scan, a total of 166 color:

Note the Lab values holds the true value of the color, however it is useless right now because no modern monitor/medium has the gamut wide enough to support it.

I included a toned down sRGB data for practical use. Color with out-of-gamut values are clipped, meaning less saturated or darker.

Thanks! I'm looking at my cels and most probably aren't Toei cels (most don't even mark the paint code # on the douga for that matter) but I still appreciate you sharing your work.
