a new fancel idea : can you give me some opinions?

the below scan is a sketch (and i mean that, *skeeeeetttttccchhhh*...) of the next cel that i'm going to be working on. my question is about how i should put tenchi. i want to have haruna, ryoko, aeka and tenchi, but i don't know whether i should make him serious (since they're all fighting about him and he has to make his choice finally...) or whether to do the sweatdrop, hesitated funny look (since they're all fighting about him and he has to make his choice finally...). what do you guys think?

Yeah, SW, I agree. WAAAYYY too skinny. But there's no accounting for love, is there? He does seem to be a take-charge guy sometimes. Maybe that's why Ryoko swoons.

Haruna's comment about him with long hair intrigued me - I've only seen one or two episodes of Tenchi (dubbed

I agree with elfstalkers suggestion. I like what I have seen of Tenchi, but I miss episodes so I get confused easily on the technical stuff. I think he is kindof cute. I apparently missed him with long hair, I could definately handle waking up to that look every morning!

I think the reason that most people haven't seen Tenchi with long hair is because that's only from the third Tenchi movie, and so far what's been shown on CN is the OVA and TV series (horribly airbrushed at that...who goes to the onsen in a bathing suit?). I don't think they've shown the movies, and I doubt they ever will...the movies tend to be a bit more adult...and the Mayuka/Tenchi thing fromt he second movie -still- creeps me out.

Hell, if ya just didn't like Tenchi and so never did anything but see a few eps, you prolly wouldn't know.

...of course, the creepiest thing is that he has sex...
