Dial Up or Broadband
Just wondering who has what??
I used to have broadband - but since I moved back home - I am back on Dial up - going backwards is not fun - soooo slow
Things that used to take 4 minutes to download... now take over an hour...

I have dial-up and I hate it. I really need to switch. Downloading in 4 minutes, that sounds nice! When that worm computer virus thing was going around I tried downloading the patch and it took it 5 HOURS to download it and only to tell me that it wouldn't even work! Another reason I would rather just buy anime than download it.

We've got DSL currently. But where I'm considering moving, all they'll have is dialup (I think ... will have to check into that). I don't want to go back to dialup.

I'm still in the caveman era. Still have dial up. DSL isn't in my area yet and Cable is outrageous around here so I guess I have to wait. grrrrr

Right now I have DSL... will probably switch to cable, though, just 'cuz it's cheaper....
Never, ever will go back to dial up. Icky, ick, ick!

It could happen.
The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

No, Cloud, it just can't... it's just too unbearable to conceive.
