What does the "revised" mean?

I have no clue what they mean by revised, but they look like copies to me :/

I saw this same exact set on YahooJapan last year. Looks the guy who was selling it back then sold a copy of the set to Mandarake. It's basically xerox copies of genga (of LOTS of Yugi, very few of Seto, some of Jou, good amount of Shizuka, and a bit of Otogi and Honda) that the Japanese guy who has the real genga. Well, they kinda looked like copies to me which was why I was so wary. Now I know I'm not going for it.

Lately I saw this 13 yr old kid going around tracing tons of the anime's original artwork from the show and doujinshi circle artwork (such as Ultimate Powers and Bokura Kukuretai (who hates anyone to use her art at all, let alone trace it AND give NO credit) and not giving one shred of credit and acts like she originally drew them! Many people actually believe she drew them and praises her with praise she doesn't deserve! A new friend of mine told her that that isn't fair and not right, but the kid flamed her and bashed her art.

Now I don't think it's right for anyone to get away with tracing and calling that their own art and bashing other people's original art. It makes me angry >_< I gave my advise and praised her for her few original art she had, but I have this feeling she'll probably flame me. Just another daily annoyance in life I guess >_<

Any thoughts on this?
