Just got done watching eps. 20-21 and I must say I was pretty damn impressed.
Has anyone else gotten this far yet?
I'm antsy yet sorta sad that the series is winding down. I have a feeling that the last 3 eps. are not gonna be a happy ending.

The fact that both Mugen and Jin get their ass handed to them by a blind woman was fan-fck'n-tastic, and the fight scenes were superb. Plus, Jin getting to meet Miyamoto Musashi was a nice added bonus to an already outstanding 2 eps. storyline. |

eppy 21 was friggen awesome!! that spear girl reminds me of makie in blade of the immortal. the characters now have depth and im am riveted. now if i can just find sketches to collect!

Hey there, having just seen the first 5 eps of Champloo I'm very impressed and will jump on the bandwagon with you guys! [Hence the change of avatar, heh heh] I've got episodes 1-17 on DVD but will wait for a release of the remaining ones ^__^ All's good so far!
I am impressed with the character designs, the CGI anime are looking more and more like US comic books- like Dreamwave Productions anyway which is a good thing because they're so lush and vibrant. No line fading on these images on screen, heh.

Out of the gloom a voice said unto me;
"Smile and be happy, things could be worse".
So I smiled and was happy
and behold;
things did get worse...

I'm hoping we'll have a Champloo section by the time Cartoon Network starts playing these in the summertime.
