Update: You can download the official MS one from their site now. Just hit that wonderful "Windows Update" to corrupt, I mean fix, Microsoft's "feature". =P

Microsoft officially released the patch at 2 pm pacific today. "Patch tuesday" will also take place as planned next week... but you can get the this one patch now.
I recommend you hit your windows update button now, or go to http://update.microsoft.com .
