I posted this in your blog:
Damn that looks good! Do you use mozzarella cheese? I hear smoked provolone adds a lot of flavor. Apparently all of the best pizza places use it. I actually used to make pizza for a living when I was a teenager. Good times. *gets nostalgic* Anyway, I love seeing pictures of food and cooking. Very cool! ^_^
Now you've got me wanting to make some pizza. Or at least I wanna go out and buy some. Looks very tasty!

Yes I like to eat pizza. My favorite topping is pepperoni.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Oh that looks so good.
I can do an okay homemade pizza but my dad does it really well. And he sings while making it. XD This has been the second sign I've gotten that I need to pester him to make some...
Cheese... I used to work for a distributor that sold primarily to pizza places. Most chains like to use a mix of white cheddar and whole milk mozz, it spreads well and the more a cheese spreads - the less they have to use to get the same coverage. Cheese is easily the most expensive part of a regular pizza.
I personally like using a part-skim mozz, a good quality one will keep a nice "bite" and have a bit of a tart flavor. I've heard of the smoked provolone, Donato's uses that and it was tasty, however it didn't make it in the Atlanta market.
I miss them! Next time I'm driving across the midwest I need to see if I can find one of those.
Yours looked great. Yum!
Now I just have to get myself ready for my big holiday baking madness. ^__^
